Welcome to MUVNOW.com (“Site”), owned and operated by muv America LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

1. Services

MUVNOW.com provides users with access to information and tools for booking moving and logistics services, including labor-only, full-service moves, packing, and transportation (collectively, “Services”).

Use of our Services is subject to the terms of any service agreement, bill of lading, or order confirmation, which may include additional terms available at: muvnow.com/legal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the rates and terms provided at the time of booking. All charges for Services are clearly disclosed prior to confirmation. Prepayments and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Packing Supplies and Labor Fees

We offer the use of packing supplies and moving equipment only for jobs where MUVNOW handles the transportation. A fee per item may apply for packing services. This fee is for the service of packing and does not constitute the sale of goods; no sales tax is charged on packing labor.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Access the Site using automated scripts or bots.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of muv America or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

muv America will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be filed in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
